RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)  REQUEST FORM  

Manufacturer warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from defects for a period of 1-Year for NEW equipment, 90-days for refurbished equipment from the date of purchase.  Under this Limited Warranty, buyer is  entitled to Advance Replacement of NEW products for 1-Year, refurbished products for 90-days from the date of purchase.  Upon receipt of Advanced Replacement equipment, buyer shall be responsible in returning defective product still covered  under this warranty within 15 days.  

Defective equipment that is not returned will be considered an additional purchase and buyer will be billed accordingly.  All returns must have an RA (return authorization).  In order to guarantee proper credit, please complete the RMA FORM  below prior to shipping equipment back to Tele-Movers, Inc. - N39190 Gavel Rd. - Whitehall, WI 54773.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS;   A 15-20% restocking fee will be assessed.  Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.   Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number issued by a customer service representative.
